Why Puppy Scoops ice cream for dogs vs. others?
The short answer is ingredients.
Here’s what’s in Frosty Paws by Purina : Water, Whey, Soy Flour, Coconut Oil, Dried Whey Product, Whey Protein, Soy Lecithin, Polysorbate 60, Calcium Carbonate, Choline Chloride, Ferrous Sulfate, Zinc Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Oxide, Silicon Dioxide, Mono And Diglycerides, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Cellulose Gum, Niacin Supplement, Copper Sulfate, Polysorbate 80, Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin Supplement, Potassium Iodide, Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Folic Acid.
While Frosty Paws attempted to fortify their frozen dessert with vitamins, it doesn’t make up for the soy products, unnatural additives and whey products.
Long answer, Puppy Scoops is actually ICE CREAM. Puppy Scoops is real, healthy ice cream. Puppy Scoops is a creamy, soft and scoopable ice cream that melts in your dog’s mouth. We use whole milk with all the benefits of milk and a fraction of the fat of cream or half and half (which is in human ice cream and why it’s SOOOO good). Since dogs are lactose intolerant and normally can’t have regular milk, we use lactose free whole milk so your pup can enjoy their ice cream treat with no upset tummies or digestive interruptions.
